Problemen met aandacht, geheugen en helder kunnen denken

Wanneer je COVID-19 hebt gehad dan bestaat de kans dat je problemen krijgt met helder denken. Vooral voor mensen die op de IC aan de beademing hebben gelegen hebben een grote kans hier last van te krijgen. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn geheugenproblemen, concentratieproblemen of moeite met plannen.

Om te herstellen van aandachts- en geheugenproblemen is het belangrijk om je mentale weerbaarheid te bevorderen. Hiervoor zijn er diverse tips beschikbaar. Dit in je dagelijkse taken als in hulpmiddelen die helpen hierin te ondersteunen. Ook is bewegen een goede manier om op dit gebied te verbetering te krijgen.
